The project is a 5 star hotel with 207 keys to be operated by Starwood as part of the Luxury Collection. It consists of a basement level, 3 podium levels and 9 levels of guest floors. The Food & Beverage outlets consist of a Mediterranean Restaurant, a Pan-Asian Restaurant, a Middle Eastern Restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a Beach Grill, and a Sunset Bar Lounge. The 8th and 9th floors include a spa with an infinity pool. Further recreational facilities include a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a kid’s club. The project also includes an extensive Business Centre and a 500 m2 ballroom to accommodate large functions and exhibitions.

The hotel project is LEED silver certified and has been designed to meet the 5-star hotel’s standards in quality, style, performance and sustainability.
