Warsan Development is a large mixed use development in the Dubai desert. The Apartment Sector is one area with the others being townhouses, villas, and a large city center. The concept for this sector is to create a modern landscape that harmonizes with the building layout and building lines.

There are 5 main spaces:

1. Courtyard 1: Dunes
2. Courtyard 2: Grove
3. Courtyard 3: Mountain
4. Children’s Playground: Wadi
5. Pool Terrace: Cestrum

Each space is connected with an extensive pedestrian network for easy access. The landscape concept is based on UAE indigenous landscape features.
